Lower your expectations; life will be easy

  Peoples who expect more from the life and peoples, it is painful when it breaks. In life when we expect more from other peoples, but things will not be easy and not happens as we want. At this moment, we feel unhappy and hopeless. This is because of the expectations either from ourselves or from the other peoples. If you want easy and happy life do not expect too much and looks towards the peoples having more problems than you. More expectations more pain/disappointment if it do not come true. Also, do not allow the other peoples to be the source of our frustration. Sometimes simple things become complicated because of your too much expectations. Thus, expect least; life will be easy and simple.

Learn from mistakes and do better next time

  It is human tendency to often make mistakes. Sometimes the silly mistakes create a big issue/problem. Identify these mistakes which can create problem and must learn from these mistakes. Learn from own mistakes is not sufficient; also, you must learn from the mistake’s others did. Turn your mistakes into valuable lesson and do not repeat it in future. Accept your mistakes and do not try to justify it. The most important is that do not repeat such mistakes or errors. It is necessary to analyze the mistakes and find out the answer to certain questions like: How did it happen? When did it happened? What was the reasons? When did it go wrong? Why did it go wrong? Remember it and practice it to prevent such mistakes again and do better next time.

Punctuality: The value of time

  It is always good to go with time and complete the tasks on time. Time will never stop for anyone, so understand the value of time and do your work on time. Completing tasks on time is good habit and reduce inconvenience or burden. Reaching office on time shows your dedication towards work. The best part of punctuality is that you will finish your work on time get time to learn additional skills and also feel relax. Punctual person is not meant that he/she is doing office work on time. But also complete all the tasks of daily life on time. Punctuality is a good habit for all such as student, officer, teacher, leader, politician, doctor, engineer, businessman, etc. It reduces negative behaviour and laziness. A punctual person always receives respect and recognition for his timely completed work. Therefore, punctuality is the key to success.

  Everyone must surprise and seems too awkward to know that gardening or plantation is beneficial for your physical health as well as your mental health. You can prefer roof gardening or corridor gardening in your home in living in urban. Plants has positive effects on human psyche and peoples who spend time cultivating plants have many other benefits such as reduce stress, promote peace, enhance self esteem etc. Gardening can work as therapy for people who have undergone trauma. Greenery, flowers and some fragrance plants effect on human psychology with positive effects on emotions or behavior. So, involve yourself in gardening and cultivating plants to live in positive and stress-free environment.

Always be supportive and caring for family and friends

  Family and friends are very important pillars of our life, especially in difficult time we understand their value, support, and caring. Family support is always needed to grow in life and to achieve in life. Parents scarify their dreams, for their child’s dreams and ambitions. Each member of family such as brother, sister and cousins etc. play their supportive at time of many important events of life and in difficult time. Sometimes due to conflicts, misunderstanding or due to opinion differences some issues may create in family. Friends are those whom we choose voluntary and but not family. Almost all people spend quality time with friends during schooling, college and at workplace. Friends understand our problems better and supports in our difficult time. Therefore, always try to understand the feeling and problems of family and friend and understand the value of the relationship and friendship. Compete with yourself and do better

  The human tendency is to compare and compete with others. Sometimes this converts into dissatisfaction and sometimes convert into jealously or may creates negativity if not performing better than others. Competition with others is human race and it continue for long time and you may loose self-value and esteem. Do not focus on what others are doing? focus on your performance and improve it time by time. Always try your best and do better performance than what you have did previously? Competition with self will make you better, feel better and be better.

Prepare to do list

  In this modern age life is busy, due to busy schedule. Always many things, which must be required to complete on time but miss/forget due many sudden/unplanned works. This situation creates unnecessary burden and issues in office as well as family. Better to avoid this type of situations prepare to do list with priority. Having a written list of works to do helps us to remember things, so we do not miss anything. Also, can memorize the tasks and complete on time. Preparing to do list you can easily manage and organize the work list. Because of that you will feel organized and focused on the work. Also, know you can mark off the tasks have completed, and which are uncompleted. It will help to plan next day and complete the remaining tasks within time frame.

Take a deep breath

  There are lot of benefits of deep breath. It’s important is explained in “yoga” and known as “Pranayama”. Deep breathing is very important for your overall body and play important role in thinking processes. The benefit of deep breath is on your respiratory system and mind. Deep breathing process expels carbon-dioxide from your lungs and helps in expand your lungs with oxygen. More oxygen you will get by deep breathing and you feel relax and energetic. whenever, you are tensed/angry mood/somebody talking with you in bad manner/hot talk with colleagues or family member at that time take a deep breath then take decision/answer. Realize the issue can be handle politely. Deep breathing is one of the important activity and you must do 'Pranayam' & 'Anulom Vilom'   in early morning and evening. Do deep breathing exercise daily and realize the way you feel and think.

Take calculated risk in unfavorable conditions

  Life is always have ups and downs; Sometimes things go in-favor and that time decisions you takes that give favorable result. Sometimes things happen unfavorable that creates depression, feel tensed, and angry mood that stimulate the unfavorable things. Whenever things are not going in your favor; think deeply with cool mind then react accordingly. In the unfavorable situations always act/take decisions with calculated risk. Predict the obstacles and identify the challenges and analyze what consequences may likely to occur. Always try to find out win-win condition or at least no loss condition.

Review your failures

  Peoples wants to achieve their dreams and get success in their life. For that they must try hard and never give up. But achieve success/dream is not easy and there is no surety that it will achieved in a first attempt. Sometimes you will fail then again you will try next and if again fail. After every unsuccessful attempt; you must review failure and must find-out its root causes. You must find-out the answer of the questions. E.g. why you failed? What are causes? Where we need to focus and need re-planning? and find easy solutions of these questions. Review of failure is necessary to remove bad/mismanaged steps/elements from the next time effort.

Ready to face the challenges

  Life does not have only favorable side as you want. It also has many challenges too. If you dream big then must be ready to face the challenges. Every dream only come true when you plan, analyze and work hard for it. Overcome the challenges you must be ready yourself, believe yourself, learn more and educate yourself, develop skills etc. Know your problem in deep and how it can be solved. Sometimes the challenges are kept aside, instead of facing it. Know your strengths & abilities and face to challenges. Most of the time you will find that the challenges are not the challenges at all. 

Think Broad and Work Hard

  The human tendency to depressed and tensed in adverse situation or in failure. When peoples surrounded by unfavorable conditions/unsuccess at any moment then they feel himself alone and helpless. To overcome this type of situation there is always think broad and positive and trust yourself. Believe that you will find out its solution and get out soon from the unfavorable issues. Think from cool and calm mind for few days and know yourself and peoples on whom you trust. Every problem is just an issue and had a solution. Always think broad and positive and work hard after each failure in life. Improve your skills and learn from the failure and work hard and try hard to achieve your goal and you will definitely …….

  Achieving a big goal is need planning and step by step approach to accomplish the final goal. Achieve your dream in a single step is very difficult. Such as you want to start your own business or work, for that you need skills in you as well as skilled peoples to do the specified job/tasks. Then you require a detailed market survey to identify the supply and demand, competitors, raw material suppliers, transportation cost, competitive and affordable price of product, job site, government permissions, license and rules etc. which steps should be complete first and proceed to next. So, overall you need a full proof planning and set small goals to achieve your big dream. Same for the students they need to identify their interest and then choose the specified career option.   The surrounding environment where you live impacts on your thinking level and emotions. In our home, we can create a good decorative and suitable arrangement to feel better. A lot of home decoration things available in the market; you can choose as you like and passionate for. Some peoples like wall painting with animals and trees, some like plant with flower, some wants attractive lightings and candles, some peoples like fragrances, some wants fish pots etc. same things can be done at workplace or for office. This decoration is not meant for other do which you like and as per your choice. This creates positive environment and satisfaction to you.

Keep learning and upgrade yourself

  Technologies are growing and advancing day by day in this present time. New skills are necessary and keep upgrading ourselves to cope up with in this changing and advancing world. Aware about the new technology and its applications. Peoples of old generation specially will have to learn and familiar with the new technologies. Technologies now made the work easier, fast and many works can be complete online. Technologies now has been involved every sector such as food chain, banking, agriculture, medical, industries, consumer, transport etc. Therefore, you will have to keep learning and upgrade your skills in this changing era. Because in next 10-15 years, technology will advance and many changes all round the world. Learning new skills always develop confidence in you and feel positive and happy.

  Physical rest and mental rest are necessary healthy and happy life. Take 6-8 hours sleeping is beneficial for body and brain. Enough sleep restores your energy for the next day and it is beneficial for mind also. If someone not taking enough sleep and sleeping at late night and getting late to awake. There are many proven benefits of waking up early such as you will get time for physical exercise, meditation, breath in morning fresh air, morning walk or running etc. In this busy schedule life, everyone is not getting time for himself so early wake up can work for us and we can care our health and happiness.
